• $130,000 Base + Super.

A small, motivated aged care provider is in need of an experienced Care manager to run the Clinical Care Team in a home in South Sydney.

This home takes pride in the care and happiness of their residents and with a close knit team your experience will be utilised and valued. You will report into the clinical Facility Manager and will also have the support of the General Manager and the care team.

Using your clinical expertise, leadership and strong communication skills you will oversee the care team and be responsible for maintaining and improving the updated clinical policies and procedures.

The home is conveniently located in South Sydney, close to public transport, shops and hospitality venues.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• 2 Years experience as a leader in aged care
• Proven knowledge of ACFI and the accreditation process
• High level of clinical knowledge and experience with palliative and dementia care
• Strong and clear communication
